PARIS (Reuters) - The Roman Catholic Church has restated its support for evolution with an article praising a U.S. court decision that rejects the "intelligent design" theory as non-scientific.
The Vatican newspaper L'Osservatore Romano said that teaching intelligent design -- which argues that life is so complex that it needed a supernatural creator -- alongside Darwin's theory of evolution would only cause confusion...
A court in the state of Pennsylvania last month barred a school from teaching intelligent design (ID), a blow to Christian conservatives who want it to be taught in biology classes along with the Darwinism they oppose.

The post perhaps lacked teeth?
Jealousy will get you nowhere.
Placing my gaze on them is quite satisfying but I can think of many other of my body parts that would like to be on them.
Nits are rather small pathetic little animals that exist simply to be picked on/at.
Are we drooling yet?
Why is your pic not showing up in my browser?
not sure. I had to right click, and choose show picture to get it to show sometimes. I'm really calling it a night now (g).
Darn frustrating isn't it?
Chat with you later.
Do you always run around half-cocked?
Try using the "View Replies" button next time, because my second post, the one that I was referring to as being sarcastic, said that "ID is faith-based science, much like global warming."
I deliberately chose the phrase "faith-based science" because it is an oxymoron that I find humorous. Plus, belief in global-warming definitely is faith-based science because people who believe in it believe it fervently and religiously without need of proof because there isn't any, only compuer models that can't even predict today's climate when you feed data from the last hundred years into them.
The real purpose of the global warming hoax is to allow socialists to implement global socialist policies that they would never get people to accept otherwise.
A useful expedient in dealing with a rebuff by the opposite sex :-)
It appears you mean either 'ostensibly' or 'ostentatiously'. Or perhaps this is some other form of sarcasm my intelligence is too inadequate to detect?
Doesn't change the fact that you didn't catch the irony in the phrase "faith-based science."

Uh-huh. Irony, that's it.
Correct. We have not observed macro evolution. And the Vatican doesn't clarify their statements as to whether they support macro evolution or are just acknowledging micro evolution which is what evo's hide behind.
The whole evolution matter is a waste of time and energy. Evolution will not save a person from rotting in hell. Only faith in Jesus Christ can prevent that. That is what is important.
