Although, a three-judge panel consisting of Judges David Sentelle, Thomas Reavley and Peter Fay redacted the information and ruled that no one may see them, there is said to be an exception to their ruling. Any member of Congress may view the redactions by asking to do so and may then share the information with the American public.

The three judges have lawyer-like arguments in favor of suppressing so much material. For example, they claim the Barrett report on Cisneros should not contain evidence that was collected after the plea bargain with Cisneros.

Then-IRS Commissioner Peggy Richardson, a close friend of Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., was involved in efforts to quash the probe, a source close to the case alleged.
But Richardson's role was cut from Barrett's report, which went through 26 drafts, because Democratic law firm Williams & Connolly successfully pressured Barrett to remove a section of the report naming her, a source said.
The law firm represents Cisneros, former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton.
A Williams & Connolly attorney declined to comment.
Before Cisneros' 1999 guilty plea, Barrett's office began a second phase based in part on allegations in a 1997 memo to IRS headquarters by whistleblower John Filan, an IRS criminal investigations chief in Texas.
In a memo obtained by the Daily News, Filan accused top Clinton officials, including senior IRS lawyer Barry Finkelstein, of covering up Cisneros' tax fraud case by transferring it to two inexperienced lawyers in Washington.
Filan wrote that the two got orders "to kill the case from Barry Finkelstein at the outset."
Reached Tuesday night, Finkelstein declined to comment.
One of Cisneros' then-defense attorneys, Cono Namorato - who is now chief of IRS internal affairs - referred a reporter to Barrett's report.

Some FBI JFK assassination documents were released during one of the early seasons of "Saturday Night Live." On their "Weekend Update" segment, they had a graphic that looked just like this with only the word "Oswald" not blacked out. They said it was proof that Oswald acted alone.

From what I understand, Clinton pardoned Cisneros on his last day in office.

Sounds like a job for Tom Coburn. He's about the only one, IMO, with the integrity and the stones to take on the Clintonistas.

So, while there are redactions, I'm not sure whether the 120-pages were withheld. I just don't know. Given the obligation of the OIC not to generate publicity before the report was published, it's possible that Novak and others missed this order. Then again, I may not have all the relevant info.

I just sent an email to my Congressman requesting him to make the un-redacted report available to me. Everybody should contact their Congressman. They have the power to do so.

I don't trust the press to understand court orders. This order seems to say everything gets released: Dec 13 2005 order.
