Actually, Hillary was right about there being a plantation, but it's not the Republican Congress. The Democrat Party expects and depends upon Black voters to slavishly vote for Democrats.

In a literal sense you're correct - there is no plantation or anything like it. In a broader sense there's really no mystery what the smartest woman in the world was up to.

Well, I think minorities in the Democrat party are not only taken for granted, but they also seem to maintain a victim identity.
Seems that is "She who may not be named" just doing the typical Democrat thing in talking down to the minorities who will eat it up.
I think better time could have been spent making sure their kids were doing homework and attending school.
