Women are still being raped by a brutal dictator and mass graves are still being filled with thousands of men tortured and murdered?
Someone seriously needs to stop being so obtuse. *cough* MSM *cough*

The report said "the vast majority" of allegations of detainee abuse involve Interior Ministry forces and members of the "armed forces" under the Defense Ministry.See, we're to blame if we interfere with the Iraqis' indigenous traditions, which includes torture and abuse of their enemies.
It's also our fault if we don't prevent them from implementing these traditional practices.

You no longer have the "right" to be dropped into a shredder, have your head cut off, have your family raped in front of you or thrown into a dank, horrible prison.
Life is not perfect in the USA and it's probably a long way from perfect in Iraq this week, but is it better? I think so.
Who are the people who expect perfection right out of the box? Where is it written that everything is supposed to be just perfect all the time?
It's called life, get over it and just "move on".

...well, since the coalition hasn't given these people welfare, free health care, affirmative action and a white liberal legislature I'd have to say "yes", under this outfit's criteria human rights are worse.
Only when they implement an oppressive tax structure and give homosexuals all the "civil rights" you can shake a stick at will Iraq get this bunch's seal of approval.
