Excerpts -
WASHINGTON _ A special prosecutor's long-delayed report charges that a coverup at senior levels of the Clinton administration killed a tax fraud case against former Cabinet member Henry Cisneros, the New York Daily News has learned.David Barrett's 11-year, $23 million probe, which will be released Thursday, states in stinging terms that the Clinton coverup succeeded.

Before Cisneros' 1999 guilty plea, Barrett's office began a second phase based in part on allegations in a 1997 memo to IRS headquarters by whistleblower John Filan, an IRS criminal investigations chief in Texas.
In a memo obtained by the Daily News, Filan accused top Clinton officials, including senior IRS lawyer Barry Finkelstein, of covering up Cisneros' tax fraud case by transferring it to two inexperienced lawyers in Washington.
Filan wrote that the two got orders "to kill the case from Barry Finkelstein at the outset."

Pelosi is just trying to skew the Google results so that every link to the term "corruption" doesn't come up with her picture on it, LOL!
Ugh...watch your mouth! I still get pissed every time I drive by the Alamo Dome, LOL!

Is there a statute of limitations on this? If not we need to prosecute.
Wonder who would have been the flea donor.
Got P-R-I-S-O-N ?
Sen. Chuck Grassley did a little manipulation to keep it alive, as I understand.
covering up Cisneros' tax fraud case by transferring it to two inexperienced lawyers in Washington.
Sure, two junior people that they could bully and threaten into "accidentally" botching the case resulting in the defendant going free. This is what they did with Wen Ho Lee's case. It's a Klinton trademark.
And they're too good for term limits. What would we do if Senator-For-Life Thurmond, Hatch, and Kennedy weren't permanent fixtures in Congress. Lord forbid!
I thought they had successfully buried this. They buried the important parts. The article provides:
"Then-IRS Commissioner Peggy Richardson, a close friend of Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., was involved in efforts to quash the probe, a source close to the case alleged. But Richardson's role was cut from Barrett's report, which went through 26 drafts, because Democratic law firm Williams & Connolly successfully pressured Barrett to remove a section of the report naming her, a source said."
I don't know how they do it but the clintons keep slipping the noose.

Thanks, I went through the station finder thing hoping to find another station, but no luck.
I used to listen to the replay from Fox Radio between 12 and 3,but now I can't get it at all.
I'll save the other links. Thanks again.
My computer is messing up. I finally just googled Right Talk and got right to it.
Hit the post button too fast. Meant to add that maybe you can get to it that way.
bump
thx.
I initially thought Barrett Report and diversionary tactic, but discounted it for the following reasons:
1- timing was tad premature. The difference between uproar and fizzle is often only two days.
2- this rhetoric is just the usual clinton ethnic disrespect, generally, and black degradation, in particular. I don't think the clintons anticipated this reaction. The rhetoric is wholly consistent with the left's plantation politics... and no one they need to retain their power, e.g., leftist voters and media, ever complained about it before.
3- From what I gather, this brilliant bit of speechifying was not scripted, (and thus confirms miss hillary's need for a script). She was responding to the question: "Why did you vote for the war?" (And hence the vitriol and projection.)
Thanks for the ping!
