Sen. Hillary Clinton is one of the Democratic party's most powerful figures. And on the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, she went for the Republican jugular. Attacking the Bush administration as "one of the worst" in history, Clinton pulled no punches in her speech. Could she be preparing for a presidential run?
