She went to Iraq AFTER the allied invasion. Why didn't she go there earlier to show "the human tragedies...and the hardships of the Iraqi people" under the Saddam regime? If she cared so much about the Middle East that is. I suspect it wasn't "caring" that motivated her.

Think the picture they are showing is a little strange. . .inasmuch as she is 'cropped' up to her chin. Usually we see more than this. . .and it just looks odd.

That said. . .she looks pathetic and I cannot imagine her anst and that of her family. . .

When Americans here at home; who get media attention. . .be it Belefonte or Hillary or the Demrats, et als - attack President Bush and his entire Administration; decry his 'war on terror' as unjustified. . .to 'world applause'. . .it SURELY gives additional aide, comfort and 'reason' for these terrorists to justify their evil efforts.

Harry and Hillary just this week; no doubt; gave these animals, in effect a 'thumbs up'; a 'reason for being' and for kidnapping this journlist. . .and reinforces no doubt. . .their resolve to eliminate her.
