let me guess, she's talking about executive power.Guess what, she's a bucktooth blonde that worked for... Clinton.
She's testifying about Bush v. Congress. Oh, now she's going to say that Alito will be on Bush's side, not that he's ever ruled on any related issues.
Beth Nolan is up - Clinton's WH Counsel
I didn't see it .. but I heard Bubba was on Nitelie last night
Hmmmmm
You're right about Nolan. I missed her intro. What is she doing now?
All the libs are troubled. Why don't they get a new thesaurus?
They could have brought up the whole roster of sleazy Clinton-era flunkies.
If Leahy was so worried about getting "equal time" for his side he could have called many more Clintonoids who've taken the 5th.
Heck, we could have had a sixth day of this charade!
*eye roll*
LOL.
She was supposed to talk last night, time ran out, she couldn't find a cheap motel, so she just slept in the ladies room. Stall #3. Oh yeah, lost her hairbrush in the ordeal.
:)
I predict that after the Alito is seated, and after the lame Dem response to the SOTU ( BTW..still no clue as to who will give the Dem talking points) you're gonna hear sime LOUD cries from the far left to shake up the Dem leadership....their biggest problem on Judiciary is Leahy..Obviosulyt DSchumer would have been far more effective for their side..( I'm speaking here purely from the point of tactics...not agreeing with the Dems, obviously) but they are so wedded to the seniority concept that they will have to find a way to ease Leahy out of the chair..
Talking about Bush and wiretapping
And couldn't find her hairbrush.
BTW .. did ya see this about Goodwin Liu ??

Oh, and just for good measure, in 2003 he co-authored an article in the Georgetown Law Journal with . . . Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Wow, what a treat. We've got Kate Michelman and Laurence Tribe coming up today!
she left it at Bill's place last night.
There is no reason, other than sheer political bigotry, to be against this nominee, and everyone in the world.......whether they admit it, or not.........knows that.
Thanks for that easier to read link.
The witnesses opposed to Judge Alito have been remarkably restrained; their hearts don't seem to be in it.
