IIRC, Tribe has been cited numerous times lately as a liberal pro-abort who admits Roe is unjustifiable on constitutional grounds. (I believe I've also read that he researched the Second Amendment to prove it didn't apply to individuals, but found that it did.) No wonder he's flummoxed about what to say.
