"Leahy and Nolan still talking about President Bush"

IMHO Arlen should shut that line of talk down and say that these hearings are NOT about President Bush and they're having hearings on FISA and NSA in the next few weeks and it will be addressed at that time.

Laurence Tribe is rambling on incoherently right as we write.

Honest to gosh, I began to wonder if he had had a stroke or something. That was just awful.

hamdi was a victory for terrorists, or Americans?

It's hard to characterize on those terms. Hamdi's detention was upheld, but conditioned.

My goodness, have you ever heard a bigger blowhard in your life?

He's definitely giving Biden a run for his money, but I've got to go with Biden being the bigger blowhard.

Between Tribe and Prof. Alan Dippedinshit it's no wonder Harvard law grads are loonies.

Like his Congressional namesake, Filibuster attempts to influence the forum simply by holding the floor. His monotonous hectoring and prodigious output of verbiage rapidly clears the field of other Warriors.

Sounds like Professor Tribe, no?

"Honest to gosh, I began to wonder if he had had a stroke or something. That was just awful."

Now if Kennedy and Tribe have an exchange here, we will really have an incomprehensible mess!
