If she has any pride, shell be out in a month, said a Republican with close ties to Harris campaign officials. If she cares about her party, shell be out in a month. Otherwise, the Senatorial Committee wont do a thing and shell get beat by 15 points.

So now that you've spoken of your former home state, how about a comment about this situation in your current home state?
Wow, is that her? She is build like a brick you know what!
Thanks for the pic.
That's a very nice horse!
I was just going to post what you did...
I don't know why Katherine won't just accept the House seat she has...she hasn't been there long...but, jeez, a lot of Reps stay in the House their whole career.
There is a horse in the picture?
She should never give a campaign speech in front of a podium! Her numbers will rise for sure..........
I'm not her biggest fan although she does represent my district. I really haven't come up to speed on FL politics at this level yet.
Any time a Florida-related thread is created on FreeRepublic, please be sure to add the "Florida" keyword to it so that interested FReepers don't miss it.
Let Freedom Ring,
Rove told her and her handlers this was not going to work.
He was severely criticized.
When you have alot of money, you don't have to listen to anyone.
Her main office is in Tampa. We have lots of Tampa freepers. Maybe we should put Tampa in the keywords or would it not make any difference?
The Fla Republican Party is full of former democrats. They switched parties to get votes.
Her campaign may be sagging, but not her . ..
I think I remember her being counted out when she ran for the House too. Anyway, isn't the election in November? Seems like there is ample time for her to catch up.
Naughty, Naughty, Naughty, LOL! :-)
That's too bad. I really never heard anything bad about her.
I have nothing against her, just don't think she is ready for the "big leagues" quite yet. The fact that she can win in a heavily Republican district in her own back yard, doesn't translate into a victory against a well-financed incumbent who can point to a "moderate" record.
There is no way she can win, unfortunately.
There is more to it than just her being demonized in 2000 -- she has a habit of not make scheduled appointments and leaving party officials waiting. Happened in one County when they didn't get the word she wasn't coming until the last minute.
From what I have heard it is a poorly run campaign and no one with any political savvy is going to touch that campaign and waste dollars that can be used elsewhere.
She won the House, with party support, she'll win the Senate seat.
