I think I remember her being counted out when she ran for the House too. Anyway, isn't the election in November? Seems like there is ample time for her to catch up.
There is no way you should have counted out Katherine Harris when she "ran" for her House seat. That seat was created for a Republican victory. She would have had to work really hard to lose it.
She can run again and again and again and be fairly assured of retaining her House seat.
