Would it be rude of Alito if he put his arms on the table and his head down on them.

Biden just accused Alito of being disingenous in his testimony...

He also just "purposely" mispronounced the professor's name as "ho"...what a jerk?

Interesting that the Dem senators are chiding Alito for doing what they routinely do every time they get in front of a camers.

Biden : "Does the president have the authority to invade Iran tomorrow absent the ability to show there is no immediate threat to our national security?".

I am so glad that these seats are up at this time on the bench..Can you imagine what we would get if another one like Bill Clinton were in office..Clinton's hinchman are trying their best to squash this nonimation..They have taken on more than they bargained for..We already knew before these buffoons started their harassment of Alito which way they would vote..

No one has gotten a fair shake in Teddy's Oldsmobile!

I disagree that Leaky was okay.

Very few seemed to follow what he was up to, but he did his best to try to force Alito to agree that Michael Schiavo and that Florida judge were correct in killing Terri Schiavo and the Congress was horribly wrong for passing a law giving her a hearing (which the courts refused to follow, as we know).

Don't know your take on Schiavo, but that is not my point. My point is Leaky kept at it and at it to twist it and turn it to where Alito was almost being forced to agree that she should be dead. Not that he actually agreed but he was almost made to look like it the way Leaky tortured the questions and premises.

I was also disgusted that he seemed to take great delight that she IS DEAD, as he called her one of the DNR's (Do Not Resusitate) that nursing home people are so used to seeing, and wasn't it the case that since they had that designation in the Home, should that not be followed in all such cases. He seemed thrilled that the House Republicans (and Senate to a lesser extent) lost that fight. Not to mention the Schindler family...

Anyway, he literally made me want to "puke", as you say.
