Well Howlin, Scotusblog is not keeping up with the times. The ten minute break should be over.
Seriously a couple of the guys that post are really great, but a couple of the women edit in comments about how a R senator is impugning Kennedy, blah blah blah.
But does help the office bound. :-)
I will need to sign off -- Bye now!

It petrifies them.
Actually, I think Judge Starr deserves some credit for sacrificing his career in order to pursue justice.
Before he became head of the OIC and started investigating the stink emanating from Whitewater he had a great opportunity to be named a justice on the SC.
At least, in a Republican administration.
You've got to admire someone who's willing to harm his own personal interests in order to serve a greater good.

i assure you, the guy has had a thorough, involuntary "colonoscopy"!I know, but these guys are beyond desperate now. I wouldn't put it past them to bring someone forward to tell a complete and total lie about Alito, just like Anita Hill did with Clarence Thomas. Of course we would all see right through it, but these Dims and their media allies are so arrogant and hold us in such disdain that I'll bet they believe they could pull it off, if they just take enough time to make the story credible enough to hold together for even a week or so.
I'm going by the rhetoric they continue to spew, in comparison to the resignation they displayed when the Roberts hearings were finished. These Dims and their allies have not given up yet.
