Day 4: Hearing Resumes
This morning, Senators will question Judge Alito during a third round. They will then go into a closed session, to review the FBI background investigation on the Supreme Court nominee. Outside witnesses may be called to testify this afternoon, as well as the American Bar Association, to discuss its recommendations.

WABC reporting that a panel of judges will testify as witnesses. They said it was the first time there were judges testifying.
Needless to say, they did not say that the Judges will be testifying FOR Judge Alito.

Anyone have tips on ridding us of it while we are waiting?Get a cat. Absolutely the BEST way to take care of the problem. Poison you have to worry about the kids getting ahold of, traps mean that someone has to pick up dead or dying mice. I haven't had a mouse in years.
