This morning, Round 1 concludes with Senators on the Judiciary Cmte. who did not question nominee Alito yesterday. During Round 2, questioning is limited to 20 minutes for each of the eight- een senators. Chairman Arlen Specter (R-PA) leads off, followed by the others, alternating by party in order of seniority.

What is DVR? Arlen and the Republicans should do this more often! Kennedy's arguments were esoteric and wanting of anything substantial....but that sort of sums up the Democrats.

because, although we THOUGHT they might be reporting wrong in New Orleans...we didn't KNOW for sure...

And, the mine tragedy was wrong..but, there were others that helped that situation...it was more sad than anything.

but, THIS....was shown all day on Fox, and other channels, as well as C-span....and there is actual footage of what really happened.

However, you make a great point...that this is just a HUGE misrepresentation to stack on top of their rest...and those falling ratings just will have to fall under the weight of their lies.

I think the big news here is that Russ Feingold (after the Mrs. Alito crying incident) stated flat out that he would be voting for Judge Alito both in the committee and on the floor.

I am hoping that Lindsay pulls Specter aside in the morning and tells Specter he needs a few minutes...to straighten some misconceptions that he has become aware of...

and then BLAST the networks that did this...and NEVER took the time to correct it.
