Probably because Kennedy wants somebody else to get it for him..because his fat ass is too lazy to walk over to the library of congress and get it himself.

Can you imagine George Washington or Abraham Lincoln wearing a Princeton hat? Tip O'Neill refused to let Representatives take off their suit jackets in the House Chamber in the heat of summer. Standards have slipped pretty drastically in just the past few years. I hate to blame everything on Bubba Clinton, but that is partially his fault.

Kyl enters Princeton paper into the record that said CAP was founded to counter opposition to ROTC and something about athletics.Just came back. Glad to hear Kyl did that.

Chris Wallace amazes me with how balanced he tries to be -- given that his father is so far to the left.

On CNN, Terry Jeffrey of Human Events, also a Princeton grad, says the democrats are frustrated, they are hoping for some kind of smoking gun in the Rushton/CAP papers. Brit Hume on FOX says the New York Times looked at the papers back in November, and found nothing incriminating about Alito
Jeffrey says he doesn't think Kennedy has anything of substance.
Forehead Paul Begala also confirms what Brit said, that the NYT found nothing.
To: AliVeritas
I think Kennedy ought to be given a breathilizer before re-entering the chamber.
Tick, tock, tick, tock. Still waiting ol' Tubby's return.

Flug sounds like a good little thug and just the sort of guy Kennedy would keep on staff.

Chris Wallace is pointing out how little "there" there is with all the stuff the Dems keep bringing up. All this dust-up over CAP, in other words--means nothing.Alito put it all to bed yesterday, but obviously the Dummies think this is a vein that needs to be explored.

Yup. And besides, since when do papers in the Library of Congress, which aren't confidential to my knowledge, have to be subpoened anyway?
