Checkers! LOL!
I'm listening to C-SPAN on XM. Every so often the C-Span lady comes on in the background and says in a important and hushed whisper "Senator Kennedy" so all us "dummies" know who is talking. When I hear her I imagine her saying something else instead like "Kennedy is an a$$hole murderer". Kind of like the scene in Animal House where they are all saying "*lowjob" while coughing.
Isn't Ted Kennedy a complete idiot? I think they are letting him ramble on and on because he's such a tool.

Alito said there is no law precluding searching of 10 yr olds and if there was it would cause further child abuse by allowing drug dealers to hide their drugs on children. That is a GREAT answer! Thanks for the update, I am office-bound today.

Longer than the last 2 minutes in a football game. Did Arlen say 2 minutes and 2 hours?

I think so. Must have been in the memo for the hearings. Let's count how many times we hear "abuse of power" in the Dems questioning.

Yep...
I mean those that didn't vote for Roberts OBVIOUSLY won't vote on anything against party lines.

here we go "unitary executive" doctrine. Too bad Teddy will never be able to practice it.. It's URINARY doctrine.Ted understands it quite well. It's when he has to find a men's room fast, after hoisting a few kegs.

here we go "unitary executive" doctrine. If Al ("I'll have another Iced Tea") Gore had become president, we'd have the Urinary Executive.
