Here comes a big smear, which Leahy prefaced by giving us his own family history.....for some unexplained reason.

AH, now we have the smear by association gambit. ALito likes to undress ten year olds and he hates minorities. Can the pubic hair be far behind?

Leahy is hoping that his remark about the 10 yr old GIRL will make the MSM evening news soundbites.

Stripped of Their Rights The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decided in April that some kinds of student strip-searches are unconstitutional. In the case, a Michigan class was strip-searched after a girl reported $364 stolen. Male students took off their shirts and underwear in a shower room, and girls were stripped to their underwear in a locker room. The search was deemed unconstitutional because it involved a large group of non-consenting students, and because the search was not aimed at preventing danger; it was merely a result of material theft. However, the court did not find grounds to punish the adults who conducted the search because the law was not made clear before the incident.

Wish Alito had said that drug dealers are not above stuffing drugs inside babies--killing them--then putting them in the arms of women drug dealers to transport the drugs. My friend was at an airpost and saw this horror after the police made a drug bust.
Would have shut Leaky up--big time!

"Leahy wants situational ethics; not the law being upheld."
That is the essence of liberalism. They just want their way regardless of the law. If they want to marry a fencepost, then the law be damned. If they want to take drugs and have sex on the sidewalk in public. Then they scream for personal freedoms and look for freedom from the law. That is why we have Liberal judges out there butchering the Constitution.
