ALITO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Questioning Begins Today
Each of the eighteen senators on the Judiciary Cmte. will have 30 minutes to question Supreme Court nominee Samual Alito today during round one. Sen. Arlen Specter, as chairman, will begin, then they will alternate by party in order of individual seniority. Round two starts on Wednesday.

Exactly. I don't like Specter either. And every time he uses the phrase "a woman's right to choose" I really wish I could hit him. But even just today, he seemed like he was trying to help Alito.

The key word here is the President's initials. If this were Clinton, or any RAT President, it would be argued that he had the authority to do it on his own, FISA or no FISA, and he would be hailed as a hero.
Of course, their view on the girl having no time to wait before getting an abortion would stand. As Rush says, Abortion is their sacrament, in their religion of secularism.
