Response that I would like to hear:

That all depends on what you define as murder and the circumstances surrounding it.

For example, the circumstances surrounding finding the First Ladies lover dead in Fort Marcy Park are different from having your Commerce Secretary's plane fly into a mountain, and all of these are different from authorizing a Predator drone to turn an al qaeda officer into greasy spot somewhere in Yemen.
