ALITO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Questioning Begins Today
Each of the eighteen senators on the Judiciary Cmte. will have 30 minutes to question Supreme Court nominee Samual Alito today during round one. Sen. Arlen Specter, as chairman, will begin, then they will alternate by party in order of individual seniority. Round two starts on Wednesday.

marking my spot-- sounds like Alito is a smart classy nominee with the armor of integrity, and that the snarling Democrat dimbulbs aren't armed only with their beloved spitballs.
I agree with you. They are so depraved and devoid of human compassion that they think killing a baby is the solution to multiple underlying causes and their sequelae.

Schumer's the one to watch today....I hope that Alito asks for a dinner break..to make Chuckie wait, and to refresh/recharge himself..change his shirt..use an electric razor..some deodorand and cologne..as one who has had to sit through many all day sessions and meeting..it's amazing what a big difference those little things can make..

Alito probably aggravates the Dems more..and not because he's taking O'connor's seat, but because everyone hates getting waxed by the nerdie guy..

Well her thyroid problem is in the medical books....her other medical problems are hidden from the public.
He is on par with Roberts, but I think he is coming across as a much warmer, accessible person.
