Nothing to worry about, DiFi is an idiot.

Had the mayor of SF not been shot all those years ago, she would be nowhere. No one in history has benefited more from a murder than DiFi.

I think DiFi needs to re-watch some of those "Learn to Read" programs hosted by Wally Amos.

Just to brush up on her reading comprehension skills.

Why does Fienstein think there is a great interest in electronic surveillance, other than that most people think it's about time?

Remember, during the revolutionary war, we won largely because we were monitoring letters sent from people living in the united states to other countries, and therefore discovered the plot by Benedict Arnold.

If it's anything like the first round they'd be better-served by not showing up.

They aren't getting much traction - and rightfully not because their points are based on false foundation.

But they will show up and do more barking dog tricks in order to appease their constiuency.

Re Feinstein mentioning what Carter said about FISA, she didn't mention that Carter's Attorney General Griffin Bell emphasized about FISA this:

"...the law does not take away the power of the president under the Constitution."

Who is keeping track of the I's in schumers questions?

It might be better if we wait for the transcript anyway. The number may get in the triple digits anyway.

Just once, I'd like to hear a nominee reply "Yes, Senator, I agree with you that the case law protects a woman's right to dismember the child in her womb."

That kind of honesty is sorely needed.

That's what I mean. And before I'm flamed, I understand why they must do it, but I'm not liking some of these answers.

You are worried that you might get flamed for questioning the CW of FR? Pshaw.

Not me.

Most of the individuals that were in the vanguard of the "family planning" movement-among a host of other progressive causes during the early 20th century-were notorious for their belief in the now-discredited, loathsome field of eugenics.
