Alito is not "stealth". 95 percent of the FReepers know what his Judicial philosophy is.

So far, the one I like best came earlier this morning when Alito said in answer to a 'living, breathing document' question that the principles of the Constitution don't change.
To: nuffsenuff
That was brilliant!! I actually cheered!

Granted it's been a few years, but I thought Scotus in Bush v Gore decided that Florida could recount, but not just their hand picked counties; if they did a recount it had to be all the counties. Am I remembering that wrong? Correct
And when that didn't work .. the Dems tried to extend the time for a recount
The USSC said no and THAT is the part this ticks off the Libs

Given what's happened to the Democratic party since then, I honestly believe this is what drove them over the edge into insanity.

They really need to start a drinking game. Many hours after everyone has left the party. A few stragglers find a quarter and a shot glass.

Billary's brainchild.
You're right though, the fact that Kohl views that trifling nanny-state directive as the most important piece of "social legislation in history" merely serves to illustrate how clueless he is.
