Consevatives don't have a problem being conservative. We tend to wear it as a badge of courage as liberals keep running away from what they are.

Well, one reason for that is the media. They like to call a conservative a conservative, or right wing, but rarely if ever refer to any left wing liberal as either of these terms. So we just got used to it, and concluded it's a strength rather than a weakness to be so labeled. It does show the media's bias very clearly, though, and for that, I'm glad.

It didn't bother me either. But it does scare some at 39 who don't want to be there.

What is truly amazing to me is how any decent human being (even an elected Democrat Official) can take so many chances on the Security of our Nation and the safety of it's inhabitants. They Can say so many horrible lies about our Military, and our President and not think that they will pay for it at the ballot box or to a higher authority. I wonder if their children or anyone else ever asks them why they are not telling the truth. They have no credibility,no decency, no honor, no loyalty to America, no conscience, and no respect for themselves obviously. Unless they are so full of hate that they are stuck on stupid they have to know they are helping the enemies of not just America, but every freedom loving citizen of the world. They have this Mantra that everything is Bush's fault. I got so fed up recently when a good friend that has a really Leftist Mother ask me what to say when her Mother keeps raving on and on about Bush this and Bush that blaming him for everything. I simply told her to say "I suppose that your yeast infection or hemorrhoids are Bush's fault also?" She did, and her Mother is still sputtering. I got my Hubby to say this to some of his drunken Democrat creep friends, but used "Jock Itch" and it stopped them cold because even a drunken Democrat realizes that they sound pretty foolish blaming The President for everything.

"Those congressmen and senators and administration hacks who, come feeding time, when they are all lined up at the trough - but that they wear Republican colors and pose as Republicans - are absolutely indisinguishable from anyone else in town."

Any estimate on the number of real Republicans vs RINO's?

Can't the real Republicans get hanoi kerry removed from the US Senate?

There is no need to impeach Hanoi Kerry from the US Senate

He is there illegally!

WAKEUP AMERICA!

For those who "forgot" what Hanoi Kerry
did in the past read on and learn the truth.

Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen

How arrogant are we to believe our career political-power-lusting lumpen somehow superior to thei

How arrogant we are to think a simplistic "pox on both their Houses" answer is the solution in US Politics. Easy to sneer at everything. That takes no wisdom.

Nothing in life is perfect. You make dozens of compromises every day. Such as biting your tongue instead of telling the boss what a flaming A@@hole he is. Politics is NO different.

Politics is where dozens of competing interests get together to hammer out SOMETHING we all can live under. Like all compromises it ends up leaving all sides mad.

There are too many Freepers who live in a make believe world. They think they are being "cool" or "Smart" to sneer at everyone and everything in politics. They are not. What they are prescribing is a policy designed for Political Irreverence. To actually have any influence in politics you simply must pick the side that most often agrees with you and work you but off to direct them towards where you want to go NOT throwing a tempertanrturm anytime 100% of what you want is NOT done the second you want it done. The 100%er may as well wander off and join a third party of they want political perfection. THERE you will find the 5% of the people who agree with you and can spend all your time patting each other on the back for your ideological purity. That will last about two weeks then you will start to fracture into smaller and smaller groups as some of you start "feeling betrayed" because the leadership did B instead of A. You will be completely political irrelevant but you can feel really good about how morally superior your intellectual purity is to "those other guys".

We need to flood the Congress and all the News Media and talk shows to get this out there released with zero redactions. We paid for it, now I want it in full. We also need to hit the Democrats and ask them when they are going to have a rule like the Republicans that any leader that is under Felony indictment has to step down. They talk about the Pubbies and Tom Delay and meanwhile they have no standards whatsoever, Barney Frank could sodomize a Congressional page in front of the entire Congress and if he was a leader would still maintain his Position. we have to continue to beat this drum every day.

Don't worry, these are the same arguments they have made since at least 1985 and nothing has come true, so credibility is slipping.

Really I loved being 40 :-)

Very true....I was just hoping for an actual GUILTY verdict, before freepers, as well as the politicians, were ready to squash Tom Delay...

I think Kennedy is not as thick skinned as he would have us believe, that is why he is a serious alcoholic and drug abuser. He was the Baby of the family with Manly role models that he never measured up to.

When "The Swimmer" visited Jackie Kennnedy at her death bed, on the eve of her passing, he blubbered on about not being "enough" (paraphrasing). Jackie wound up patting him on the head and consoling him, with words to the effect (paraphrasing) "It's allright. You doid as well as you could."

You are right, Teddy was never a MAN.

McCain is going to try to craft "lobbying reform" legislation and "roll it into" the Campaign finance reform law that was passed...

Hang on to your Consitution, folks. He's at it again. McCain/Feingold should be repealed in it's entirety.
