I'd like for the voters to strike them down. It is beyond me how year after year, these idiots pass muster with Florida voters. I really don't think anybody reads the darn ballot.

I'm sure my reasons are completely different from this court but I'm against vouchers.

This once again proves that Libs will always side with overpaid union thugs against impoverished children.

I really can't understand why anyone would be surprised they ruled this way.

Time for Floridians to strike down some impeachable rogue employees.

In the inital view, not only a stupid move by the Florida Supremes but they also do not allow people who either send their kids to private schools or homeschoolers to be exempt from being taxed for public school funding.
But I don't know enough about it to make a good judgement. When was this coming before them?

Vouchers may violate a
Blaine amendment in the state constitution. There are Blaine amendments in many state constitutions.

Although I'm sure to disagree with the Court's reasoning, I'm a parent with kids in private school who does not want to see vouchers. The moment the government provides funding assistance to your private school it has given itself a reason to exercise some influence on every activitiy that happens at your school.

Maybe the justice dept should be looking into influence peddling by the NEA, just like Abramoff.
