Algiers, 2 Jan. (AKI) - Algerian police have arrested a man suspected of trying to re-establish al-Qaeda linked terrorism cells in the North African country, a local newspaper reports. Abu Bilal al-Albani was picked up when police stopped the car he and two Algerain nationals were travelling in, the daily "Youth" said.

The only way we will win this war on terrorism is when the people of Muslim countries reject (this philosophy) and report those who support it.
This represents a small step forward, one we will not see on the news tonight.
