Hey, Mug...
No hard feelings, just thought you were a little bit testy! But I don't take things personally on Free Republic--it's just the internet, after all!
Really, I wish you a speedy return to health. Not being able to breathe is a scary thing. I have an asthmatic child and I get scared FOR him when he has an attack.
:-) GG
Thanks, shield.
I will definitely buy Sambucol and Tamiflu ASAP.
I had the flu last year and symptoms didn't disappear until 2 months later. But it was different than the one I had about 8 years ago, which only lasted about a couple of weeks.
Isn't Tamiflu a RX? You do not need tamiful, if you'll take sambucol onset of flu.
I don't know if Tamflu needs an RX. I read in this thread as being dubbed as the miracle drug. But if it needs an RX, I'll just stock up on Sambucal w/o sugar.
And people are dying because of it! Heard a story of a traffic accident critical patient being turned away by every hospital in Maricopa County until a City's fire chief was paged Christmas Night and he raised holy heck!
You see, even if you have auto insurance, full medical insurance, have played by the rules, you can still die because some illegal has taken a bed in the closest trauma center (and getting that care for $1 too!)
They're sicker than 90% of the others who walk in the door.
(Based on my experience anyway)
Hah, just getting over the flu today up here in Minnesota and going to send it with my folks down South for the winter.
Here's a news flash. Don't go to the ER. It's the flu and there isn't anything we can do for you. Nothing. Drink lots of fluids, take tylenol or advil for your temp and muscle aches and STAY HOME AND DON'T PASS IT ON.
I know I should be ashamed of myself.... NOT!
Wow, slow news day!
Yep, that's been me for the past two days. I get the flu nearly every year.
