LOL. Now why couldn't it have been midnight about an hour ago? I could've used a Jets win this week to improve the Packers' chances at the #1 draft choice :-)
2-minute warning comes with 1:56 left.

More goofy history; the Jets lose the first and last games of MNF on ABC 31-21.

Who's bitter? The Colts came to NE in the playoffs both years and got their asses kicked in cold weather. I am a traditionalist. I like it when the championship has gone through NE, NY, Chicago, GB, etc. and the toughest team has won.

The Jets had trouble with that earlier.

Do I have to put on my tinfoil? It is uncomfortable with a game on.

More goofy history; the Jets lose the first and last games of MNF on ABC 31-21. Wonder what kind of odds I could have gotten back in 1970 if I wagered on Monday Night Football on ABC coming to an end 36 years later and the Jets lose by the same score as the very first game??? ;) :)
10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 to 1???

What is that like 40 years after the murder of Mary Jo Kopeckne now???
To: scott says
I thought it was neat when the Pats lost to Buffalo 31-0 on opening day two years ago and then beat them by the same score to close out the regular season. This Jets MNF thing is really freaky!

Frequent question! No I did not play the sousaphone. Other than the very first Script Ohio in 1936, it has been a sousaphone player that dotted the i. By the way, that trumpet player who dotted the first script, John Brungart, just died a few months ago. The history of Script Ohio can be found
here. My son is in the band now (trombone) and heads for the Fiesta Bowl this Friday.
