I wouldn't worry if I were you. You still have far more than enough land to be comfortable. I'm from Maryland, one of the most densely populated states in the USA.

That settles it. I better hurry up and move there before every one else gets the good spots.

I have to laugh at the STATES FULL idea. I live in far northern Kalifornia. Them city folks just keep showing up and running up the price of property and then trying to change the place so it is just like the beehive life they left in the first place. In two years they will be telling anyone with an out of state plate that they are natives.

Just curious -- where were you born M.D.? I was born in Blackfoot and had to leave because I couldn't make a living in the state. I was treated like dirt when I tried to move "home" some years ago because my car had California plates. I found that "Idahoans" who are most against newcomers were born in places like Pittsburgh, Poughkeepsie, New York City, etc.

Hee-hee!

I am very proud to say I was born in Idaho, as were my parents and 2 brothers and 1 sister. It's a beautiful state.

You got a good thing going, so people will flock there. It is just like our open borders. They all want to be here.

In your case, maybe they are mostly Republicans.

Wait'll they get their first tax and utility bills. They better come with snowblowers, plows on their pickups and heavy winter clothes. They don't have caribou in the northern part of the state for no reason! If they came for the fresh air - they'll enjoy the summer grass burning by the Indian tribes and the grass farmers (cough cough) while they tell the locals NOT to use their woodstoves in the winter so the air quality is improved.

Nope sorry. You can have some of them now. They've overrun NC, and still they show up. If you do happen to figure out how to get rid of them though, please let us know..
