I've finally learned to balance my check book and that I am a poor judge of man-flesh.

Dear Self;
I was probably already too tired to start this tonight.
Vacation is a good thing; but I still have to adjust!

The peace comes from strength not appeasement. Leadership means making tough calls not looking at Public Opinion polls to decide your principals. That current Democrat Party Leaders are so recklessly irresponsible and power mad that they are completely unfit for any measure of any political power at any level

That I should have asked for help when I was failing in high school, and subsequently might have been considered more than a hopeless case by parents, teachers and "guidance counselors" and been able to go to college.
It's my responsibility, but when I was too young to know better, I could have used some help.
So to answer your question directly: A college education is not an option but a necessity.

If you close your eyes while sticking your head in a dishwasher that just finished a cycle, it will not keep your glasses from getting fogged.

I'm 53, and I gathered my education in bursts. In my profession, I will never be finished with college. I love it.

There's this spray stuff you can put on your glasses before you stick your head in. Try it that way!

I learned that wanting what you get is better than getting what you want.
I learned that, no matter how good-looking a woman is, somewhere, somehow, someone is tired of putting up with her crap.
I learned that, by the time a man realizes his father was right, he usually has a child who thinks he's wrong.
And finally, I learned that -- between Democrats and my furbabies -- the Democrats are the dumb animals.

Oh yeah, the Minnesota Viking Suck. Took you 25 years to learn that? Oh, dude...
(And yes, I'm a Vikings fan. But let's keep that between us, okay?)

Further, no matter how good looking a woman is, she's going to get old.

I second that emotion, big time!
