Pretty good. All of the sudden, he's a war hero who is against the war, eh?

I can't stand the fracking media spin.

Clintoon used to discharge reserve officers who published their opinions criticizing Clintoons slack military policies.

W only discharges military officers who destroy perfectly good automobiles.

"Fecteau's lawyer, Patrick Mulligan, gave a hint of what his defense might be, noting that post traumatic stress disorder could appear years after extremely stressful experiences, like flying in combat."

Anybody know what this guy flew? With that much Green time (combat hours) I would suspect he was in a large fixed wing aircraft(tankers maybe)?

You get 'combat time' for sorties flown patrolling Iraq from 92 on. I've got 400 hours of 'combat time' and have only been shot at a few times, and never by anyone who was good at their job.

No one who flew REAL combat would give me credit for any combat time.

And none of the guys I know have shown any signs of post traumatic stress disorder. Only a liberal democrat would consider a demeaning defense like that!

Maybe the DNC will give him a job.

How an immature punk like that rose to the rank he achieved is a mystery to me.

This swine should also be forced to pay for the damage and someone should sue him for "mental anguish". That's an old leftist b.s. stunt. It should be turned around on him.

Why not also charge him with hate crimes?

"There are millions of Americans who object to the war ... most of those millions of Americans didn't have, in addition, some of the combat experiences that Lt. Col. Fecteau and others had," he said.

So, by that logic, anyone with "combat experience" who's against the war has the right to vandalize other people's property?

He is/was an F-15 pilot. I worked with him in the past. Good guy, but obviously has something "not-quite-right" upstairs. He was a definite promotion to O-6.

It's a shame with his personal situation that this happened, as there is much more for him to lose than just his commission or $$ in paying back the insurance companies for the damage. Regardless, he is a disgrace to our AF reserve community and should be let go. I'm surprised that he has been there for as long as he has collecting $$ from Uncle Sam. He wasn't allowed to interact with others in his unit except for limited periods - understandable for unit morale. Shame... but if you make your bed...
