WASHINGTON - Crips gang founder Stanley Tookie Williams lost a last-ditch Supreme Court appeal that sought to stop his execution early Tuesday in California.
Justices on Monday night refused without comment to intervene and block the execution, hours after Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger also declined to spare Williams' life.

Talk about a media wh@re! The attorney that prosecuted Tookie was on Larry King and said he did not want to attend the execution cause "it might be mispercieved as gloating. And I've seen enough death in war." He seemed like a real class act.
The difference between two hours and four hours probably means something to Tookie at this point in his ever shortening life.
Boy I'm having a hard time getting it right ain't I? You're three hours behind us so you are correct, Tookie has 4 hrs and 45 minutes to go. And good riddance to him.

I was comfy on the big "SCOTUS denied Tookie appeal" thread, but it got locked down in favor of this one. This one is dead, with only half the posts.
there are NO words that are adequate to accurately describe what an extreme low life that "rev" jerkson is.

I agree Tookie must die. I just hope there aren't riots in LA tonight.
To think it took what 26 years to reach this day, I hope he's sweating bullets.
I can't wait 'til he's finally "terminated" & this is all over w/....but what concerns me is this incident causing not just riots, but a possible change in death penalty laws nationwide.
Tookie is just a stooge for death penalty opponents to further their cause, just like how Jesse Jackson used the Terry Schiavo case to further his.
haha.....and I"m sure that 4 hours will fly on by, then he can chit chat with his real maker....who really knows his heart.....
For the next few hours, maybe he'll feel some of the terror his victims felt in the last seconds of their lives. He probably has a new appreciation of how precious life is, but he won't have much time to enjoy it.
This one is for all those that worked past at convenience stores and those stilling working there.
