Better said...."after the streets are clearer" meaning regular people just trying to get around, earn a living, get off of welfare, buy some Christmas present types that inhabit the city as opposed to the Moonbat protesters who we KNOW will be there..
So, what should the punishment be for a human deciding when another human will die? Like Tookie did with 4 people when he murdered them. What's the penalty?

I've never understood that mentality within the minorith communities. It matters NOT what a person has done, only what color their skin is. And white people are supposed to be the bigots.
