For Fox News, a high-speed chase outranks all other news stories. Later on in the day, they'll announce what happened, after the chase is over and they return to other stories. Feh!

Arnold does not look good with this delay in making a decision. It makes him look indecisive. It would have taken a split second for me to make a decision. It has been nearly 4 days since he heard both sides.

I don't think clemency costs him too much politically

I think there would be a massive recall on him. Or they would guarantee that his political life would be over. I think he will state that he "agonized" over the decision but wont grant clemency. IMO

I think it needs to be reserved for those who show they are a continuing danger, and not against those who commit stupid crimes and who are remorseful and not likely to kill again.

So, how many of those murderers who killed one or more of the 400,000 people in the U.S. since the Death Penalty was reinstated do you think fits your description? Remember, you said that 1,000 executions was too much.

That may well be. However, my own ethics are not guided by the Old Testament. If yours are, then you're welcome to your opinion. As I said, this is my opinion. That's all it is. I don't insist that anyone share it.

there should be no clemency for someone who pretends to be innocent

there is no reason to overturn the court system, even the 9th circuit kangaroos couldn't come up with one.

Clemency is doubtful IMHO however arnolds married to a kennedy and for most actors he likely wants the hollywood crowd to love him.

I agree. I don't really understand taking joy in this. Especially as a Christian, I view this as a solemn occasion.
