NEW YORK, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Talkers magazine reports conservative hosts Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity are the most popular radio hosts in the United States.
More than 13.75 million people listen to Limbaugh per week while Hannity draws more then 12.5 million weekly listeners, Talkers reported.
Michael Savage is third with more than 8 million listeners a week.
There is tie for fourth place between shock jock Howard Stern -- soon due to move to Sirius Satellite Radio -- and Dr. Laura Schlessinger with more than 7.75 million weekly listeners, the New York Daily News reported Saturday.
Laura Ingraham filled out the Top 5 with more than 5 million.
Talkers said it used Arbitron data and "other reliable indicators" for its semiannual rankings report.

We must remember that Libs. need written text in order to follow along with radio shows.
I'll tell you my main problem with Hannity... It's not just that he is repetitive, but he will interrupt a guest who is in the middle of making a fantastic argument with one of his repetetive comments. Not only can he not debate, but he interrupts those who can.
However, I don't want to be too negative. Even though I really don't enjoy either of his shows, I'm glad he's on our side. He's somewhat conservative, people like him, and that's a good thing. He's just not my cup of tea.
Yes, Sean interrupts guests, and that is a HABIT that he doesn't seem to be aware of. I would like to see him book more conservative talking heads and writers and then give them a LOT of on-air time.
"Hannity is not checking his facts and forgets he can't debate well."
Hannity is a Rush Limbaugh wannabe. Listening to him after Rush is like listening to a rerun. Nothing original.
I like Savage the best since he is the closest to the street.
I would like him to go to XMFM so that I could listen to him without the static. I would jump in a nano second to get satelite radio. If he did that, he would be a billionaire.
I put him on my MP3 and listen to and from work. It's great.
If Savage spent less time complaining about Rush his show would not be that bad.

He is utterly unlistenable to me.
Hannity needs to focus on one job because he does not have the ability to do two.

fyi, in the future, when playing football, try using a helmet.)"
Gee, what amazing prose and wit you
fling about.
Tuned Savage in via the web tonight. Husband and I both like him. He had Buchanan on who I thought was a flake but after hearing him on the Savage show I have now changed my opinion.
XM carries Fox News Cable right now...love it!
Agreed. I can't listen to him much. He's not for folks like us who live, breath and eat this stuff. But, he serves a purpose for the entry level types.
Glen Beck is great!
Ohhhhhhhhhh Yeahhhhhhhhhh!!!
