I love how lawyers are suing about things that aren't even against the law.

Can't wait till the Dems get power back and actually make everything illegal - at least then these lawyers will have cause...

Good things we have a GOP Government stopping these ridiculous types of law suits.

Oh wait...

the only lawsuit I'll support from these dang lawyers is when they file a class-action lawsuit against beer manufacturers for making me wake up with ugly women in the morning..:)

Until judges start punishing lawyers for bringing these ridiculous actions, the legal system will continue to deteriorate until it loses what little credibility is has left.

Pop is just sugar water and a waste of money. But if someone wants to drink it that should be their decision.

Now they will have to define "sugary" soft drinks. Milk is full of lactose, fruit juice is full of fructose...I guess all you get is water or diet soda.

Center for Science in the Public Interest

I hear they accept non refundable empty soda and beer cans and broken bottles on their office front steps.

Gotta say...I haven't ordered a soda in a restaurant for the last 30 years.

If I eat out...it's for the food...and I'm usually the designated driver, so that rules out other things.

Sodas seem really expensive in restaurants.

Meanwhile in Seattle, one lawyer is on trial for shooting another lawyer in the head and turning him into a vegetable. So sad ...

I thought we already got rid of the Taliban. Apparently not.

When I raised my kids there was no soda in the schools(or in my home) .

I hope they ban it,it's just crap.

The kids will get all the soda they want outside of school.

When did they start selling sodas in the school.ajyway? When I went to school, back in the 50s, the schools didn't sell such items because it wasn't good for you. Did the schools get dumber or what?

Do you ever wonder if any of the companies that see this sort of lawsuit coming don't go and let an open contract on lawyers?
