Democratic Base 'Ashamed' of Hillary Clinton
NewsMax.com ^ | Dec. 8, 2005 | Carl Limbacher

Posted on 12/08/2005 7:28:03 AM PST by Carl/NewsMax

Liberal Democrats are so upset with Hillary Clinton's waffling on the Iraq war that some are now saying they're "ashamed" of her.

The Daily Kos - the political web site widely read by the party's base - is urging Democrats to move beyond Mrs. Clinton and her husband, declaring: "Shame on the Democratic Party if they ever nominate her" for president.

The scathing editorial, written by Kos contributor "Trifecta," states outright: "More than anything else, I am ashamed of Hillary Clinton."

"When you look dispassionately at some of the things [Bill and Hillary] are capable of, it should leave one very skeptical and concerned about a 'third term' for this pair."

The Kos writer compares Hillary - unfavorably - to President Bush, saying she's an unprincipled opportunist when it comes to key issues while Bush shows leadership in the face of adversity.

"When faced with low poll numbers on his crappy ideas, Bush plods on," the Kos pundit says. "And [he] still gets them passed, pushing his agenda forward."

Meanwhile, Trifecta complains the Clintons "put their fingers to the wind" and run away from the fight.

The left-wing blast at Hillary also compares her unfavorably to Sen. Joe Lieberman, whose defense of the war last week contrasted sharply with Mrs. Clinton's weaselly claim that she was tricked into voting to give Bush the authority to attack Iraq.

"Holy Joe Lieberman is a true believer in this war," says Trifecta. "He may be scorned, but as idiotic as his views are, I genuinely believe these are his views.

"Hillary on the other hand is simply unbelievable. She protested Vietnam, knows this war was a stupid mistake, but is so damned cynical that she is engaging in this twisted posturing, all to serve her personal interests. . .

The Kos Hillary slam concludes: "Shame on her. Shame on the Democratic Party if they ever nominate her."

Bill Clinton: 'Hillary Will Do You Proud'

IMPERIOUS HILLARY
(THE REPORTS OF HER DEATH ARE GREATLY UNDERSTATED)

by Mia T, 12.05.05
(viewing movie requires Flash Player 7, available HERE)

Hillary dumps Geena for Maggie,1 and when that doesn't fly,2 she dumps Maggie for bill. Without missing a beat.

It's the old Dick Morris Hail Mary pass, (when in trouble, triangulate3), the once trusty play that for eight years kept two clumsy kleptocrats4 in the Oval Office and out of the slammer (even as it placed America and Americans in ever-increasing peril.)5

That missus clinton has managed, thereby, to stake out Iraqi territory occupied apparently by no one6 seems to have escaped her notice. Nonetheless, this constituency of zero is the least of her troubles.

They will insist that Howard Dean run and he will.

The moonbats should draft Ramsey Clark. He shares their hatred of America.

Regardless of what Trifecta states, he/she will not hesitate in checking Hillary Rodham Clinton on the ballot.
HRC knows this and she also is, in my opinion, counting on the GOP nominee being a Giuliani-type who will find his or her name being passed over on election day by millions of conscientious and principled conservatives who will not cede another inch to the demands of the secular-minded Republicans who have all but abandoned affection for the ideals laid down by our nation's Founders..
So if the GOP nominee in '08 is a G-type, those voting for him or her would find themselves, albeit involuntary, contributing to HRC's elevation to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Dear Concerned Americans,

Hillary Clinton's revisionist tome notwithstanding, 'living history' begets a certain symmetry. It is in that light that I make this not-so-modest proposal on this day, exactly 64 years after the attack on Pearl Harbor.

The context of our concern today--regardless of political affiliation--is Iraq and The War on Terror, but the larger fear is that our democracy may not survive. We have the requisite machines, power and know-how to defeat the enemy in Iraq and elsewhere, but do we have the will?

In particular, do we have the will to identify and defeat the enemy in our midst?

Answerable to no one, heir apparent in her own mind, self-serving in the extreme, Hillary Clinton incarnates this insidious new threat to our survival.

What we decide to do about Missus Clinton will tell us much about what awaits us in these perilous new times.

Do they want Hillary to say that the intelligence was fake? Because that would be an addmission that her husband knowingly passed on that fake intelligence to the Bush Adminsitration.

Smoke and mirrors...just like that phony "protest" in Chicago.

This is nothing more than yet another sleazy ploy by Hillary to stage some dramatic "epiphany" that will lead to her denouncement of the war at the tail end of her announcement that she is going to run for President.
God help us all if that evil woman ever gets the job.

Maybe this is "positioning" in preparation for The Hildabeaste's trial next year?

Then, again, maybe not as the MSM seems blissfully (purposefully?) ignorant about the largest campaign fraud in US history.

counting on the GOP nominee being a Giuliani-type who will find his or her name being passed over on election day by millions of conscientious and principled conservatives

and thereby foolishly playing into the clintons hand, servilely acting as their '08 Ross Perot and committing the greatest anti-life act imaginable by putting at risk ALL of our children, the born and the unborn alike.

jla, when push comes to shove, I don't believe you will place that de facto vote for these two dangerous creatures. I understand how badly you want a conservative president, but you know that we don't have the luxury in this critical, post-9/11 election to address the chronic problems. We must address the acute ones. Or the patient will die.

Over the years I've noticed your considerable efforts to
expose the Clintons as disgusting trash. I thank you for
a job well done. If Hilliary Clinton ever makes it to
the presidency, it won't be because Mia T didn't make
every effort to stop them. Isn't it amazing how people
would even consider voting for Hilliary Clinton? She
hasn't a shred of humanity in her heart. Stalin may have been
on the same level as Hilliary for capability.

......When you look dispassionately .....

Ahh but to do so requires a rational mind. Rush has tought us that leftists don't have rational minds, they feel everything.

Therefore she may still have a chance.
