Heard through the grapevine -

Former congressman Mark Jimenez was forced to spend a few more weeks in the US penitentiary after he was found to have distributed "farewell gifts" to prison guards as well as fellow inmates.

Law enforcement officials are not supposed to accept gratuities from anyone.

That's pretty basic and well-known.

It sounds like bribery - a familar concept for Jimenez and Clinton.

The only thing surprising about this is that Bubba Klinton didn't make a few phone calls to "take care" of this situation.

I know a guy who put a grand in everyone's canteen at Christmas while in the can. They charged him with racketeering.
