If AlQeda kidnapped MJ, would anyone want him back?

Well, hopefully the nose candy will keep him from his other hobby...

What kind of sick freaks were interested in raiding Jackson's underwear?

His lawyers will soon file briefs.

“Michael would fight this in court. But none of us knows if he could cope with another investigation.

---Why? The Nation of Islam will be right there protecting him and it's not like anybody in the legal community is going to do a damn thing about it anyway. He knows he can do whatever he wants, including criminal acts and get away with it. While we are all laughing at him, he and his cronies are laughing at us. He is and always will be a sick perverted drug addict.

I don't think George is curious anymore.

I know this, I am sick of this prosecutor.

I agree wholeheartedly. His prosecution of Jackson on molestation charges was shameful and pathetic, as he relied on an obviously unreliable and demonstrably fraudulent "victim" to build his case.

I wonder how Sneddon's drugs got into Neverland. He is creative with his evidence tampering.

Sneddon, an excellent prosecutor, did as good a job as possible with what he had. This case was lost the moment the jury was picked. I saw several of the jurors interviews - the words "corrupt" and/or "mentally defective" came to mind.

Diane Dimond has another take on the jury in her book just out, "Be Careful Who You Love."

First problem with this "story" - the source. The Sun is almost as reliable as Dan Rather. This whole story smacks of slander, lies and innuendo. Second real problem with the story is the primary witness who is, "Carter — now in jail for robbery and kidnapping" - nice, real nice. I am by no means a fan of Jackson, but I also believe in innocent until proven guilty. This article hangs him without a trial and is just sad.

Any ideas?

I know what my defense would be. One of the most prolific means for ingesting Coke is to snort it through a rolled up bill. It is very probable that someone that reads this message has a bill in his/her possession that has traces of coke on it.

Good grief, just what I DIDN'T need, a story about MJ's underwear while I'm eating breakfast.

And I'd appreciate you didn't ping me again. :)

He is still smarting after failing to convict Jacko on child sex charges in the summer.

Ya Think?? LOL! Sneedon has no life without MJ.

~~

The discovery was not revealed at the child sex trial because cops could not be certain it was Jacko who used the drug. They could not rule out the possibility the underwear had come into contact with maids or cleaning staff.

HEellloooo---then we are here becuase?

Well if anything the charge will keep him from coming back to the USA. Let the Brotherhood of Islam and brother Jermaine deal with whacko. Sounds like MJ is getting everything he dreamed of in Naudi Arubia.
