Read the words at the bottom.
Granted, some things don't translate well, but the gist of it is pretty clear.
The symbolism is cool, and the bride
calling the terrorists cowards is, well, pretty in their face!
You know the fundies are spitting nails ;)
Thought you guys might like it!

Try again guys,
I'm sorry, but it's a slow website sometimes. I had literally just watched the video when I pinged you guys!
I think it can only handle so much traffic and when I sent all of you over there, the poor little hamster fell off the wheel and died.
~~sigh~~
I post so rarely and ping even less, it would be a dud :(

I'm easy ;)

Well,
it seemed my Mom (and or I) was in a rush every holiday while preparing the meal and we ALWAYS seemed to injure ourselves.
Cuts, burns, scrapes, you name it....but usually it was something that caused bleeding and bandaging.
So, Wednesday night, whilst chopping collards...
and chopping collards,
and chopping collards,
I chopped off the very teenist tip of my middle finger....
and bleed for an hour...all over the house.
I'm still wiping up blood spots.

Well poopers,
I have it still playing,
So I'll just tell you guys about it and you can watch it later....
A beautiful bride in a white dress is singing in an ancient building, leaning up against a stone wall...upset, angry, but a really good singer too.
the lyrics are (granted, translation is stilted)
Which religion the terrorist claims to kill good spirit
Gods religion is not killing without right claimers
Islam is just by which human beings live.
He who eases killing is disloyal to the case.
You the terrorist wait! Our home is hard to open.
Our brave soldiers are the best guards and we have high morals.
He who attacks us will be annihilated.
Coward! Wait a day the world will hear our sound.
(Anyhow, you get the picture)

I'm guessing Jordan....
Could be Lebanon...but it came out last week and the whole bride yelling at the terrorists is pretty, well, brave to me, and makes me think Jordan.
Plus, most of the female singers over there seem to be either from Lebanon or Jordan (I could be wrong).
There is another video made in Jordan that doesn't have translations. While it's pretty, it isn't the same.
Want the link for that one?

As gross as it sounds,
In family tradition,
I removed my body part from the food.
