At the first annual Paul Wellstone Memorial Dinner, filmmaker and activist Michael Moore is honored. Moore speaks about Bush administration policy and various labor and economic issues. Sen. Wellstone (D-WI), one of the more liberal and progressive members of the Senate, died in a plane crash in October of 2002.

Either dems have the worst memories....or they just love being chastized for their lack of class/taste...
I just saw an article by JLO on NRO...about the spectacle that Rosa Parks' funeral became...and IT was compared to the Wellstone Memorial...
What do we call the 1st Anniversary of the Wellstone, to compare it's bad taste??? The Rosa Parks funeral??? LOL

That was so disgraceful back in 2002. Then Al "Lying Liar" Franken told us in his book that none of that actually happened and that the only reason people thought so is because Rush Limbaugh made it all up and people believed him.
