CNN MARKS CHENEY: NETWORK FLASHES 'X' OVER VP'S FACE DURING LIVE SPEECH
**Exclusive**
At 11:04:45 AM ET Monday CNN was airing Vice President Dick Cheney's speech live from the American Enterprise Institute in Washington -- when a large black 'X' repeatedly flashed over the vice president's face!
The 'X' over Cheney's face appeared each time less than a second, creating an odd subliminal effect.
As this DRUDGE REPORT screen capture reveals, while one 'X' flashed over Cheney's face CNN ran a headline at the bottom of its screen: "CHENEY: I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS WRONG TO CRITICIZE."
One top White House source expressed concern about what was aired over CNN.
"Is someone in Atlanta trying to tell us something?"
A CNN spokesman did not return repeated calls late Monday night.
Developing...
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
I am so SICK of this blatant, vicious bias going unchecked. I am sick of the lies. I'm sick of it all!
If CNN could show some other examples of this 'glitch' from old reels.... let's see them!
You forgot your sarcasm tag?
If it was an error, how come errors like this don't happen occasionally at other times?

`X Committee' Out To
Blow Up Southwest Asia
"The place where everyone is seeing a "human face" is right in the middle of the "C" of the "CNN""
It's a distorted face of Tom Cruise with a little teeth showing.
Or a ghost?
LOL!
If it was MSNBC, I would be suspecting Keith Olbermann. He likes to do sophomoric things like this.
If the people here, who have explained how this kind of thing works, send that info to Drudge, then he has the ammunition to keep the story going.

Nobody puts an "X" on the Vice President's face. NOBODY.
"It says "It is wrong to criticize""
There is black print over "It is wrong to criticize". It's impossible to tell what is written in black, IMHO.
It looks like what ever in written over the text is written in long hand or free hand.
Actually, CNN could care less one way or the other. This certainly isn't their most biased moment against this administration, they have done a lot worse and will continue to until their goals have been met, and that is to disgrace this President.
I don't think so...only because there is a finite number of video sources and generally the director can see what is being generated by each video source because each video source has it's own video monitor (little TV). That's why you see the gazillions of little TV screens in the control rooms whenever they put up such a shot. The director needs to see what is coming from each video camera, satellite feed, video tape, the devices that generate the words you see on the bottom of the screen and many other things. It's all up there to be seen, to scrutinize, to be mixed with other video sources and if it looks good... it goes on the air.
Some one please verify that I am not seeing things. Is there or is there not a large "CNN" logo that surrounds the word "black" It is much larger than the rest of the hidden letters.
It's rather hard to maintain that an 15 frame animated key that has been faded into and out of a live video feed is a "glitch."
What's it take for the FCC to yank CNN's license?.
Can they just march into that dick, Parsons 50 million dollar office over looking the park and haul him before some kind of committee?
Can you imagine how the left wing,Cut& Run's would have reacted if Fox had put an "X" over Fat Teddy's huge mug?
I know, I know... you would need an 83" Mitsubishi to see the entire "X".
"Below is a post from a LibRat Moonbat board that I lurk from time to time. Note the time. This idiot saw it live. "
Sickening isn't it.
I am afraid that I am so "wanting" to think badly of CNN that I may not be able to be convinced of any accidental X.
Maybe an accidental showing of a message meant for "in house" viewing...that I can imagine and accept.
