While the rates for new cases of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, have been on the decline among heterosexuals and intravenous drug users, US health officials are expressing alarm at an eight percent increase in HIV rates in homosexual and bisexual men in one year.LIBS: "More condoms are needed...BUSH'S FAULT!"

How anyone could continue being gay and promiscuous with those odds, I just cannot comprehend. I honestly do not understand the mindset. Death just doesn't "do" anything for me, sexually, and so it strikes me that these men have a subconscious desire to kill themselves.
