Dear Rebecca:
I am asking my students to boycott your event. I am also going to ask others to boycott it. Your literature and signs in the entrance lobby look like fascist propaganda and is extremely offensive. Your main poster "Communism killed 100,000,000" is not only untrue, but ignores the fact that CAPITALISM has killed many more and the evidence for that can be seen in the daily news papers. The U.S. government can fly to dominate the people of Iraq in 12 hours, yet it took them five days to assist the people devastated by huricane Katrina. Racism and profits were key to their priorities. Exxon, by the way, made $9 Billion in profits this last quarter--their highest proft margin ever. Thanks to the students of WCCC and other poor and working class people who are recruited to fight and die for EXXON and other corporations who earning megaprofits from their imperialist plunders. If you want to count the number of deaths based on political systems, you can begin with the more than a million children who have died in Iraq from U.S.-imposed sanctions and war. Or the million African American people who died from lack of access to healthcare in the US over the last 10 years.
I will continue to expose your right-wing, anti-people politics until groups like your won't dare show their face on a college campus. Real freedom will come when soldiers in Iraq turn their guns on their superiors and fight for just causes and for people's needs--such freedom fighters can be counted throughout American history and they certainly will be counted again.

Dear Professor Daly,
I am going to go to the faculty advisory board and ask for your dismissal. Your comments look like communist agitprop and is not merely offensive, it is inciting to violence. You are a lying liar about both capitalism and communism and you should have no place in acedemia.
Your comments about Iraq are treasonous and you should be tried for treason, then when found guilty, hung by the neck until dead.
Have a nice day.
Nachum
Just another example of ignorance. Capitalism is system for allocation resources. Communism is this plus a political/social system. You can't place the blame for political decisions on an economic system. It should be pointed out that China, a Communist country, is partly engaging in capitalism so the two aren't even mutually exclusive. Likewise corporations are not a requirement of Capitalism, nor do large economic organizations devoted to making money exist only in a capitalist environment.
Let me think. Yes, it 's those capitalist pigs that murder their own citizens for dissenting against the government. It's capitalist pigs who have to build walls to keep everyone in.
This professor probably thinks we really didn't go to the moon, either.
They will just give degrees to anybody now......
Damn. Prof. Daley is a communist and an idiot.
Evidently the college president and his hiring board look for other qualities, like left-wing extremism, fanatic adherence to anti-American propaganda, and the willingness to use their authority to bully and harass their students. I can just imagine what other pearls of education inhabit this school.
Note the deceptive statement (but what else would you expect from an extremist such as the professor?) - the sanctions were imposed by the Security Council of the United Nations, not by the United States. UN resolution 661 which imposed the sanctions was approved by 13 votes in favor with none opposed and 2 abstaining. (Also see Use of Sanctions Under Chapter VII of the UN Charter - Iraq)
The 1991 Gulf War itself resulted from UN Security Council resolution 678 (among others), that authorized "all necessary means to uphold and implement Resolution 660", and which was adopted by the Security Council through a vote of 12 in favor, 2 opposed, and one abstention.
So, he should have said, U.N.-imposed sanctions and war. But as an anti-American, Commie dupe, he evidently can not bring himself to criticize his precious UN. Too bad, Professor Daly, anybody with access to the Internet can see for themselves that you are a liar.
So can the same thing be said about superiors on Stalinist campuses?? The only places Communism is still forced on people are N Korea, China, Cuba and Universities.
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
Stalin and Mao loving Marxist. Probably would have been among those commies who supported Hitler until he lashed out at the Soviets.

Your main poster "Communism killed 100,000,000" is not only untrue, [the use of not and untrue is a double negative] but ignores the fact that CAPITALISM has killed many more and the evidence for that can be seen in the daily news papers. [..... and has killed ... is a run on sentence] The U.S. government can fly [the government does not fly, people and assets fly] to dominate the people of Iraq in 12 hours, yet it took them five days to assist the people devastated by huricane [SP hurricane] Katrina. Racism and profits were key to their priorities. Exxon, by the way, made $9 Billion in profits this last quarter--their highest proft [SP profit] margin ever [Improper word selection. Profit margins have remained constant between 7 and 10% over the last 20 years, profits have increased as a result of increased demand. Many industries actually maintain substantially higher margins]. Thanks to the students of WCCC and other poor and working class people who are recruited to fight and die for EXXON and other corporations who earning megaprofits from their imperialist plunders. [This is an incomplete sentence, it lacks a verb.] If you want to count the number of deaths based on political systems, you can begin with the more than a million children who have died in Iraq from U.S.-imposed [improper and unnecessary hyphenation] sanctions and war. Or the million African American people who died from lack of access to healthcare in the US over the last 10 years.
[Improper grammar to begin a sentence with a conjunction] I will continue to expose your right-wing, anti-people politics until groups like your [improper possessive should be yours] won't dare show their face [improper singular groups have faces (pl).] on a college campus. Real freedom will come when soldiers in Iraq turn their guns on their superiors and fight for just causes and for people's needs--such freedom fighters can be [incorrect use of present tense should be have been (past tense)] counted throughout American history and they certainly will be counted again.

This is disgusting. We should all write the Governor of Virginia to protest. I'm sure he'll nip this in the bud.
