Completely contradicts what he's saying now, which isn't new for Kerry.

Millions of voters are totally uninformed - people who haven't read a book in 25 years, who get all their "facts" from TV or the local English version of Pravda. Millions who could not tell you what WW II was all about, or the facts about Hitler and Stalin, if their lives depended on it. Millions who don't even understand how our government or economy works. All a "tribute" to the public education system, the teachers' unions, and professors who are so smart that they're stuck on stupid. The business of education at all levels should NOT be run by government, but by private education companies.
