Anyone have annual figures on people killed by Saddam?

Can anyone provide annual figures for the number of Iraqis killed by Saddam's regime in the year(s) before our invasion?

I thought the number being thrown around was 100,000? 95% chance of being 103,000 +- 98,000...with serious doubts, as not one victim of a suicide or car bomber was found.

An estimated 1,000 Kuwaiti nationals killed following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. No conclusive figures for the number of Iraqis killed during the Gulf War, with estimates varying from as few as 1,500 to as many as 200,000. Over 100,000 Kurds killed or "disappeared".

This is a monster on the same level as Stalin, Pol-Pot and Hitler, but yet he sits in a comfy jail cell with three squares a day and massive legal representation. He should have been squeezed for every bit of useful information that could be gotten, then marched outside and summarily executed. Why he's still alive is a mystery to me.
