Your comment above needs to be clarified then since it can easily be interpreted as they deserved their fate due to being a "cult" but how do you know they were a cult? Because of what the media deemed them to be? The very same media you take issue with now.
The government attacked and murdered Americans without their due process of a trial or representation. Were they Christian? Hell if I know but I am sure not in a position to make that call especially on propaganda given by the MSM during that time.

Do you notice that whenever a reporter has asked Cheney or Powell or whoever, if they are going to resign or stay in the Administration...they say, "I SERVE at the behest of the POTUS, if he wants me, I will stay...".
These politicians talk the talk of "serving" when in campaign mode...but, try to communicate to them once they are elected and see how much time they have for you.
I am sure the Teddy Kennedy would preen and say that he has been a "public servant" all of his professional career..."servant" my rearend----he has "stolen" more money that probably all of the freepers have earned, combined.

The system was more to illuminate common and contrasting events in the history of each nomination. The objects were to try to figure out which nominations would advance to a vote on the floor; which arguments might play to justify a floor vote, etc.
A simple list of which nominations are pending is available in the combination of Senate Executive Calendar, Judiciary Committee docket, and Whitehouse page of nominations.
Digital cable (the stuff that is decoded by "a box") can be monitored, but I don't know if the analog stuff can be.
We have both, but don't use the digital side - I leave our digital cable box tuned to a Bigband Jazz Music channel.

You're right but it is hard to have walked out when you are being shot at but you know that.
What a Government can get away with is mind boggling. Especially when their citizens are gullible and refuse to see the danger that is ready to destroy them for the piece of candy that is being offered. WACO was only the beginning. I don't know what is more scary those that buy in to propaganda or those that give it.
