MNJohnnie,

I agree with everything you've said today. It's so nice to see posts with EXACTLY what I've been thinking and haven't had a chance to post, yet.

Keep up the Good Work!

Wonderful point, it is all about them and their face time. Most people do not know what the TANG story is even about. They do know that Dan Rather is now gone, and for a reason.

True, but it's a two way street. The Republican Senators ride along when things are good, but don't have the backbone to counter the Dem attacks. I think the Republican Senators are the weak ones, and it allows the Dems to project an image of weakness onto the President.

If House or Senate Republicans lose future races, they'll blame GWB, but it's the above that will be the real cause - themselves who let the President down.

Hume was right earlier on FNS, when the president looks weak, senators feel free to go off the reservation

Many in the Senate have never been on the reservation since day one

Stinkafella says his staff wrote it, and I guess they are still employed with this important office? Maybe his staff are the type that does not read reports, they just write talking points and backstabbing, anti-American plots to try and Destroy their only Enemies, the Republicans and GWB White House. They seem the type that Chuckie Sue Schumer would hire to try to steal people's credit reports.

Did you see the veins bulge on Dean's face when he was ranting that the REPUBLICANS are DARING to ask for an up or down vote for Alito...

when they wouldn't let Miers have one! I KNEW the dems would use it against the Republicans...I warned the anti-anti-Miers crowd, that if the Republicans didn't at least give her an up or down vote...which has been their "talking point" against the dems actions...

THEY would regret it. BUT, in fairness, technically, Miers withdrew her nomination..thus, sparing the Republican Senators the embarrassment of having to go through a hearing when their minds are already made up.

However, it is my contention that NO ONE came out of this looking good...

They didn't did just let the President down

They let down the people who voted to get them in office

We didn't' vote for them to pack on pork projects and then point the finger at the WH and say it's the President's fault

This is so awesome .. this is going to help the Iraqi people regain their courage to fight these killers. I expect this event to be the turning point in the capture of Zarqawi and his band of thugs.

There's a scripture in Ezakiel which says, "I'm going to put a hook in your jaw and draw you down". I never underestimate the ability of God's power to pull these people into doing the very thing that will cause their demise.

I thought her brother was in on some of them. Or maybe it was BillyJeffs brother? Who knows, there was so much corruption going on in the Clinton admin, trying to sort out one felonius intance, is like trying to find a penny in all the mud in Chesapeake Bay..

Democrats are calling Republicans the party of corruption and cronyism now as they trash President Bush. Later, they will use the "everyone knows" offense to discredit Republicans as their main issue to win elections. They plan on using their disparaging of President Bush as a weapon. That failed in 2004. It remains to be seen how well it will work in 2008. The left Assumes the Bush Lied label has stuck now and they will repeat it as a given fact in the future, IF we allow them to get away with it.

To paraphrase Michael Irvin of the Dallas Cowboys...back when he was being accused of drug use...

"I hope that when I am exonerated you will report THAT with the same intensity that you have reported my supposed guilt..the SAME INTENSITY...."

In that same vein....I hope that if Clinton does become the dandidate or heaven forbid the POTUS, I hope the press goes after HER with the SAME INTENSITY...as to her opinions, and apologies...that they have with President Bush...

But, alas, just like with Michael Irvin, there will be no intense srutiny of La Hillary....she should be "forced" to answer these questions...and not be able to dodge them, if she considers herself a legitimate candidate for Senator...let alone POTUS!

I thought they found a mass grave but it only contained 1500 or so .. not the 100,000 Clinton told the public was the reason for going there in the first place.

So Clinton lied and MANIPULATED THE INTEL to fit his agenda. Perhaps this is why the dems want the public to believe the repubs did the same with Iraq. It's the same old "projection tecnique" in action all over again.
