In my part of the woods, we just call it lying. No fancy words, you know.
"snippets and soundbites fed to the public"
Great stuff here TOL.
"Why are we not surprised that Timmy has Mehlman on first??? Dean gets the chance to bloviate to his heart's content .. you're SO predictable, TR."
Right. I couldn't take it.
Tim to (fill in Republican here): "How can you possibly justify the Republicans being such filthy, evil liars?"
Tim to (fill in RAT here): "Explain to us how the Republicans are such filthy, evil liars."
And it's the same thing, week after week after week - and if the insanity of this is pointed out, the response would be: "What do you MEAN we're not fair and balanced? We always have John McCain on to rebut the Democrats!"
Ugh.
AND they NEVER found a single MASS GRAVE in Kosovo. HMMMMM
Thank you snugs, I love that woman! She looks like she's doing all right-- a little weak but basically ok.
This American thanks all the U.K. troops too!
How's your mum doing?
Impeachment.Coupe. It's all the same to them.
;-)
The MSM doesn't need to lie - with outfits like Zogby twisting poll questions, they can report freely - and of course unquestioningly.
Really ..?? Rocky is claiming he didn't read the intel report .. then what was he basing his statements on in the Clinton admin ..??
Or .. is this really the unmasking of the truth .. the dems in Congress during the Clinton years just went along with what Bubba said, and were not paying attention to what was really going on ..??
Rush has alluded to this a couple of times. If the intel was "flawed" .. then it was flawed in 1998 when Clinton used it and all the govt agencies were covering up that it was flawed so Bubba could do his bombing.
However, that doesn't account for the other nations who ALSO BELIEVED IN THE SAME INTEL.
They couldn't all be covering for Clinton .. could they ..??
Wilkow on WABC, said the NYT on Vet's Day had Clinton saying America must be like everyone else not go alone... weaker in other words? Unbelievable.
lol- c'est domage-- PAS!
Tim to (fill in RAT here): "Explain to us how the Republicans are such filthy, evil liars."
LOL. That is perfect.
I love Margaret T.....and her important hats! Elegance in appearance and substance.
And noone ever points out the glaring, big, giant gorilla in the living room-that the people we defended and continue to defend in Kosovo are the same damn people we are fighting in Iraq!
Dude - you have to be INVITED on to the shows.
Do you think the MSM wants to give air time to someone who is a convincing conservative spokeman?
They only ask for the McCains and Hagels, with a once-a-month conservative allowed on for 'balance'.
Whereas Ronald Reagan NEVER won the Nobel Prize, they prefer Juiimy Carter types since anti-Americanism seems to be required.
It's a worthless POS iMHO.
Wilkow is blasting BJClinton now.
elizabeth dole is really holding her own!
GRRRRRRR! I just got a call from one of the granolas at work asking if I would work for her next Saturday, and she just had to throw in the Bush approval numbers....&^%$#@&&&!
Right on.
The military under President Bush has been deployed fourteen times,
as compared to
forty-eight deployments under President Clinton,
yet the results have been both more controversial and successful under Dubya than under Clinton, largely because forces have been sent in for specific objectives, and not withdrawn prematurely. This has fed a good rapport between the President and the Troops, especially with historic results in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, and Pakistan for troops to show for their pains. Polipundit's good observe here.
